How to Request Account Deletion

  • Send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
  • If your account is linked to a phone number, include the registered mobile number in your request.
  • You can also contact support on WhatsApp for help in submitting a deletion request.

Verification and Timeline

  • We may ask for basic verification details to confirm account ownership before processing deletion.
  • After successful verification, requests are typically completed within 7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation message once deletion is completed.

Data Deleted

  • Account profile details associated with your Morbid account.
  • Access credentials and account-linked usage data stored in active systems.
  • Support records that are not required for legal or security obligations.

Data That May Be Retained

  • Certain transaction and compliance records may be retained where required by applicable law.
  • Limited security logs may be retained for fraud prevention, abuse detection, and dispute resolution.
  • Any retained data is restricted to permitted use and secured as per our privacy practices.

Important Notes

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
  • If you sign up again later, previously deleted account data will not be restored.
