Refund and Cancellation
- Cancellation requests are considered only when raised immediately after order placement.
- Cancellation may not be possible once vendor or merchant processing has started.
- Damaged or defective product issues should be reported to support within 2 days.
- If approved by Morbid Technologies OPC Private Limited, refunds are processed in 3 to 5 days.
- For warranty items, please contact the manufacturer as applicable.
