Refund and Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests are considered only when raised immediately after order placement.
  • Cancellation may not be possible once vendor or merchant processing has started.
  • Damaged or defective product issues should be reported to support within 2 days.
  • If approved by Morbid Technologies OPC Private Limited, refunds are processed in 3 to 5 days.
  • For warranty items, please contact the manufacturer as applicable.
